I spent a good portion of
yesterday crafting a memo - focused on providing the leadership of a
company with observations and suggestions on their business model. The
feedback was very positive today.
Architecture - when done
properly, encompasses so much more than just the technical/engineering
aspects. Diagnosis (and treatment) - is a holistic effort - that
considers the entire organization - across many dimensions.
